Raquel Marques

Raquel Campanilho-Marques will serve as Chair of the next GCOM Congress, to be held in Portugal. She is a consultant in Rheumatology and Pediatric Rheumatology at Lisbon Academic Medical Centre, and Head of the Myositis Multidisciplinary Clinic at the same institution. She is an invited Assistant Lecturer of Rheumatology at the Lisbon Academic Medical Centre and clinical investigator at the Rheumatology Research Unit of the Gulbenkian Institute for Molecular Medicine. Her clinical and research activity is mainly focused on inflammatory myopathies, both in adults and children. She is actively involved in national and international collaborative networks in myositis, including ERN ReCONNET and RITA.
