Important Registration Information

Please note that your registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Upon receipt of payment, an invoice will be sent to your email. If you require any modifications to the invoice, please contact the Secretariat at gcom_imyos@eemservices.com.

VISA Invitation Letters
If you require a visa letter, please send your full name and personal address to gcom_imyos@eemservices.com.

Attending the 6th GCOM virtually?

If you plan to attend the 6th GCOM virtually, the registration fees and process are exactly the same as for in-person participants.

During the registration process, you’ll simply be asked to indicate whether you plan to attend virtually or in person—that’s it. No extra steps, no separate registration.

Clinical workshops and the pre-conference course are only available for in-person attendance and cannot be followed virtually.

Patients led workshops are open for everyone and can be followed virtually.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please indicate this option during registration.

Please note that EEM Srl and GCOM/iMyoS are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the transfer process. Any extra fees imposed by your bank must be covered by you. Kindly ensure that the full registration fee is received by EEM net of any bank charges or commissions.

We recommend that you confirm with your bank in advance to avoid any shortfall in the transferred amount.

Bank transfer payments will be accepted until 1 February 2026. After this date, only credit card payments will be possible.
